I don’t know who out there loves Kate Spade as much as I do.
I’m a fanatic. Unfortunately I’m pretty much banned from the new Yorkville store in Toronto. For those of you who know me, know that I’m pretty clumsy, and offering me a cup of coffee while I’m in a store that’s all white and black is not the best idea. Especially not when I’m super excited, with my best friend in one of my favourite stores! I’m already shaking as it is!
Long story short, I spilled a whole cup of coffee on their new white and black pillows. Not only that, I also spilled all over my own white dress that I was wearing at the time, so while they had to figure out the pillows, I was in the bathroom using all their soap and paper towel cleaning my own dress.
To be fair, the were very nice about it and I’m not really banned. I just don’t know if i could show my face in there again out of embarrassment.
My point to this whole story is that I have a new source to feed my Kate Spade addiction (aside from any other Kate spade store of course). This source? Indigo.
Indigo has now started to carry a Kate Spade line of notebooks, desktop accessories, stationaries, coasters and more!! Needless to say, since I work from home a lot of the time, this literally made my life 10x better. Now I can work from home with DESIGNER STICKY NOTES all over my table! Unfortunately (as expected) the stuff is fairly expensive, so it’s only worth it if you want to splurge a little (or you can expense it for a home office!).
I, trying to save money, only needed post-its. So, I only bought the post-its (at $25 for 200).
Some of the other things you can get in store or online are:
So there you have it! That is just a sample of what they have, and I promise it’s totally worth it to at least check it out. If you’re working hard, you might as well splurge on things that make you happy while you work!
Til next time,
