So, continuing with what seems to be my never ending stream of recipes for y’all, I’m going to share this healthy (sort of) fruit pizza recipe that I made last night!
One Roll Low fat Sugar Cookie dough – (I was lazy and bought the pre-made kind, but feel free to make some of your own!)
Icing Sugar – 1/4 Cup
Fat Free Cool Whip – 1 Tub
8 ounces Cream Cheese
Assorted Fruits (Bananas, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, kiwi, strawberries)
Bake the cookie dough in a round baking pan according to directions on the package. Cool. Blend the cool whip, icing sugar, and cream cheese together until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cookie crust. Top with fruit. Chill for a couple hours in the fridge. Eat!
