It’s May of 2018, and I feel like time is FLYING by. I can’t believe it’s already warm enough for me to run outside!
I have made a new wave pop workout playlist and I am LOVING it.
In case you aren’t aware, this is basically an all 80’s workout playlist and it makes me want to put on leg warmers and spandex. (p.s. start with “Walking on Sunshine” to start your workout off right.)
With this, I would like to add that my new favourite thing to do is to HULA HOOP. With a weighted hula hoop of course.
Seriously guys. Tricking yourself into working on your core while you watch tv, read a book, or talk on the phone. It’s the best!
