It’s Monday and I’m feeling MOTIVATED.
How about you? It may be the fact that I spent wayyy too much time on patios with rose this weekend. I mean. It IS finally summer and it’s been amazingly beautiful out.
NOT TO WORRY! I have playlist to get your body moving this week! Did you know that just moving 8km is 10k steps?! This is all pretty new music. No throw backs but I love it all. It helps me with weight lifting workouts – but if you’re running it might not be as good. There are some slower songs.
Also – to add to my collection of home workout necessities. This Bosu Balance Ball is great for even just standing on while you watch TV. It engages your core, and it can burn up to 258 Calories in 30 minutes!
