Happy Motivational Monday!
Anyone else sluggish from the long weekend and seriously need a pick me up to motivate them to get to the gym? Anyone else feel like all they’ve done is stuff their face with wine and cheese to ease the pain of the everlasting winter? No? Just me?
If you are ANYTHING like me, you NEED music while you work out and it is your biggest motivation!
Whether you are running, weightlifting, doing yoga or pilates, spinning, hula-hooping, or anything in between – workout music helps give you that extra push when you need it.
Every week I change up my playlist to give myself the best fighting chance I have at pushing myself during my workout. So – I’ve decided every Monday I am going to share my top songs on my workout playlist. Not all songs will be “new,” but they will be new to my playlist and get you pumped.
Please note: I am a pop music junkie. If it’s not your thing, then this may not be for you.

As an added bonus, each week (if I have something worth talking about) I will add a workout “aid” that I love. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE THINGS THAT I LOVE and I will never advertise something I don’t genuinely like and use.
My first (and fav) is from my FABFITFUN box – which as many of you know I’m OBSESSED with. About a year ago, I started getting into pilates and they sent me this super cute towel from Summer and Rose.
Every time I use it, it reminds me to stay calm, focus on my body and my workout, and think less about all the things that I have to do throughout the day.
