Ever since I discovered not only the health benefits of matcha, but also the secret to that delicious taste of green tea ice cream, I haven’t been able to stop praising it. Matcha green tea is essentially a green tea that’s been grounded into a very fine powder. This means that when you drink it, you’re ingesting the full tea leaves and are getting all of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids they have to offer.
