Summer is fast approaching, bikinis are calling and I personally am training to try on wedding dresses. This means, I’m trying new workouts and I found one that I absolutely love.
I’m only 5 weeks in, so I will not post any progress pictures yet, but I will say that I FEEL amazing. My clothes are already starting to fit better, and I’ve been told 3 times in the past week by people who see me on regular basis, how great my butt looks! (YAY!))
So WHAT IS this workout?
Kayla Itsines is an australian 23 year old, and she’s in incredible shape.
She created this workout that is 28 minutes, broken up into 7 minute sections. This is an idea of what week 5 is like.
So you do the circuit 1 as many times over as you can in 7 minutes. Then circuit 2 as many times as you can in 7 minutes. And then both again.
And then you do a specific amount of cardio as described below.
Overall, the workouts seem easy, and if you’re in good shape the first week might be. Now I’m on week 5 and I can hardly walk after some of them. If you find it easy still… add weight.

As far as the nutrition guide goes, I haven’t tried it. I assume it works as the progress pics below are unreal. I tend to stick to mostly Paleo Diet and it works (and I’m allowed to have red wine… kind of).
